Personal Note from Yusef

Anyone that has met me knows how much I enjoy doing what I do.  It is so fulfilling to see my clients (and those that are not my clients) obtain their fitness goals...it is truly my passion to see everyone be as healthy as they can be and, in life,  be the best that they can be.

Outside of training I enjoy singing and songwriting, producing gospel concerts, spending time with my wife (Mrs. Maryland USA 2007...so proud of her), watching football, listening to "live" music, playing with family dog Sidney, fine dining, catching up with old friends and continuing my education in my profession.

My favorite quote is:

"When love and skill work together, expect a masterpiece."

Veronica Aguila wasn’t always a fitness buff; she actually was tormented in grade school for being overweight. Her interest in the industry stemmed from a desire to lose pounds and gain more energy. ... she graduated from the University of MD at College Park with a BS in Kinesiology and a minor in Nutrition.  She is also a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a boot camp instructor.

Veronica's medical training also includes dealing with preventative or rehabilitative/therapeutic components of human movement.  She is experienced in teaching proper body alignment and correct execution and technique during daily movements and exercise.

Personal Note from Veronica

Training is not the only thing I do, my interests include arts and crafts, such as, painting, music, dancing, and I love to travel.  I am currently trying my best at Olympic style weightlifting and increasing my cardio, trying a mix of cycling, roller blading, and bit of running.  I like to keep things varied and interesting.  I have come across a quote that stands out for me and helps me through, “ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE. THERE IS NO LIMIT.  THERE IS NO MAX.”
