We will have extended fitness demos on the "outdoor stage" on Ellsworth Street from 5-7PM after the Expo (Washington Sports Club, Gold's Gym continued fitness testing from The Fit Solution)

• All residents in other Maryland and Virginia areas***
• Residents in other states and countries***

***Residents in these regions must understand that Pre and Post Fitness Testing will only occur in the first (8) counties (and district) listed above.

• Using the feedback from the surveys we will develop
  the content in this Challenge specifically to the questions
  you need answered. We will also provide you with the most
  current researched training strategies.

• Each challenger must pick (3) official teammates

• We will provide:
   Weekly fitness tips and strategies

   Fitness/Nutrition Blog

   Ask the Expert
   Exercise Physiologist and
   Registered Dietician

Expo Pre-Testing includes:
• Body Fat Analysis
• BMI
• Weight
• Waist-to-Hip Ratio
• Umbilicus (over the "belly button")
• Height

• Come back to City Place Mall on January 30th to Post Test.

• We will have on-site Mid-point Motivational Programs in the
downtown Silver Spring and Washington DC regions near Thanksgiving (check the calendar for updates and locations)

• Weekly prizes will be given for Fitness Quizzes and Weekly
Challenges

• Grand Prizes will be given to the top finisher and team

Weight Training:

We offer a wide variety of high quality weights and exercise systems, including both free weights and weight machines. Our weight room also includes several abdominal weight machines and benches.

Cardio Training:

The Fit Solution’s cardio training facilities are second to none. Bikes, steppers, treadmills and elliptical trainers - we have a machine to fit all your cardio needs. With over 50 machines to choose from, we guarantee that you will never have to wait.

Aerobic Classes:

Aerobics, stepping, kickboxing, Tae-Bo, and spinning are only some of the aerobic classes offered at The Fit Solution. All of our aerobic instructors are highly qualified and have created unique aerobics classes available solely for our members.
